Ashton 's journey is defined by survival, adaptability, and self-education.
At 14, Ashton began working in door-to-door sales to pay rent, where he developed strong resilience and an even stronger work ethic. By 18, he managed sales and marketing at a small retail chain while building an ecommerce business selling headphones on the side. Raised by a single mother losing hope, he faced the choice of community college or the military. Discovering Bitcoin, Ashton pivoted to a new opportunity, avoiding a government commitment and poor education.
From 2015 to 2017, Ashton scaled EasyBit's ATM operations to the largest crypto ATM network globally, enhancing his skills in marketing, sales, and operations. He then joined a web3 marketing firm, contributing to its growth into an award-winning agency from 2017 to 2020.
Post-2020, Ashton ventured into the banking sector with an offshore crypto bank start-up. After exceeding sales for the business to later flop, he founded MohrWolfe with Felix, another award-winning agency that built a network of motivated professionals with a strong emphasis on experiential learning.
Leading Skolarships, Ashton combines his drive in self-education with blockchain business experience to innovate education with community. As a professional athlete, his discipline and continuous improvement ethos are integral to his approach when building any business.

Co-Owner & CFO
Felix Mohr graduated in International Business Management and International Marketing. He furthered his education by becoming a certified fintech professional through the University of Hong Kong. With a strong passion for entrepreneurship, Felix operated his first small venture during university with six employees and wrote his bachelor thesis on how to start and grow an early-stage start-up. Growing up speaking three languages at home and later learning a fourth while at university, Felix is a true polyglot.
After graduation, Felix started working in Sales and Business Development and got into Bitcoin early in 2017. He began his professional journey at a law firm in Bangkok, assisting early-stage web3 start-ups in their rise to fame. In 2019, he transitioned into private banking, helping web3 companies and exchanges obtain EUR and USD bank accounts. In 2020, Felix co-founded MohrWolfe with Ashton at the start of a global pandemic, revolutionizing the marketing and personal branding game in web3. MohrWolfe became an award-winning agency later that year.
Having experienced the traditional business educational background, Felix sees the flaws in the existing education system. He self-taught himself about blockchain and crypto, recognizing the immense potential in this sector.
Felix believes education should be accessible to everyone with a low barrier of entry, assuming that roles in blockchain businesses will become a required skill within the next 10 years. With a strong legal, banking, and accounting background, Felix brings ultra-high-value professional skills to the team.
CTO & Head of Product
Mark graduated from San Francisco State University majoring in BTech and Computer Engineering. He began his career in blockchain technology back in 2017, swiftly developing an expertise in decentralized applications (dApps). His early projects focused on the intersection of blockchain and gaming, where he demonstrated a clear understanding of how this innovative technology could reshape entertainment. As a natural problem solver with a keen eye for both product development and user experience, Mark’s passion for cutting-edge technology fueled his rise in the world of Web3.
With over 50 Web3 products under his belt, Mark became a pioneering force in the field, pushing the boundaries of decentralized tech environments. His ability to integrate blockchain technology into virtually any product earned him recognition as a visionary, allowing him to collaborate with top-tier developers and innovators. As CTO and Head of Product, Mark has not only led product development but has also mentored teams across multiple projects, ensuring that every dApp built under his guidance is scalable, secure, and engaging.
At Skolarships, Mark leverages his experience in Web3 and product development to oversee the creation of a dynamic, scalable platform that integrates community-driven education with blockchain solutions. His deep understanding of technology and his commitment to delivering user-friendly, innovative solutions are at the core of Skolarships' mission.
