# Management

Community management plays an integral role when building communities. There are two paths to take when building a community.

## Skolarships Managers

Skolarships will offer top of the line, 25/8 community management for any creator seeking additional admins. Additional percentages of revenue generated will go towards Skolarships for helping manage communities around the clock.

## BYOM (Bring Your Own Manager)

Opting-out of Skolarships Community Manager services could be more your style. Do you have admins you can trust to moderate the community? Will some creators be one-man(or woman)-armies and managing hundreds, if not thousands of people themselves. As a creator, you have choices.
